A walk in the park

October 8th, 2005 / #cars, #highschool

I know, it’s silly. But there’s this one space in the parking lot at school that I find particularly nice. So, I do what any other sane person would do: I make my carpool get up 20 minutes earlier so we can make it to the parking lot by 6:30 and stand there for a half hour until school starts. Makes perfect sense to me.

    where in the parking lot?

The space directly adjacent to the gym, bordered by a raised area wherin some trees are planted. There’s only one space that borders mine – it’s on the passenger’s side. The driver’s side opens up right next to the trees and really eliminates the chances of driver’s side door dings.

I parked there once. It was during a football game. My experience parking there was not particularly nice.

Ha…it took some time but I knew you would post about this. But, really, we don’t just stand there anymore…thanks to krug.

Damn, guess Angus was right. Oh well, at least now we have krug, so all is well.

This is a not-so-detailed account of my adolescence over the course of almost a decade. Here, I shared my thoughts about things of no real consequence while at the same time being reckless with semicolons and flowery language.
